1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy describes how Limited Liability Solutions (“we”, “us”), an Italian business operating the Spindex Protect service on the sp1ndex.com domain family, collects, uses, and protects personal data when you visit this site, in accordance with the GDPR (Regulation (EU) 2016/679) and Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003 as amended by Legislative Decree 101/2018.
Spindex Protect presents partner security and privacy utility offers and may link from our editorial or commercial pages (including paid traffic and future organic content on www.sp1ndex.com). This page does not install software and does not use client-side advertising cookies or tracking pixels.

3. Personal data we process
- Technical request data: IP address, user-agent, approximate country/colo (edge metadata), request path, and timestamp.
- Click identifiers: an opaque
click_idwe generate, plus DSP/affiliate parameters you may arrive with (for exampleclickid,click_id,cid,ml_sub1,external_id). - Local preference: a browser
localStorageflag when you dismiss the cookie notice (not sent to our servers).
We do not collect account credentials, payment data, or newsletter sign-ups on this page.
4. Purposes and legal bases
4.1 Service delivery and legitimate affiliate measurement
Provide the Spindex Protect page, generate and forward click identifiers, attribute referrals with affiliate partners, and operate the “See recommended protection” redirect when you choose it. Legal bases: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where processing is needed to provide the requested redirect, and Art. 6(1)(f) legitimate interests in operating a transparent affiliate business, measuring performance, and preventing abuse.
4.2 Security and abuse prevention
Edge/security logs and basic request metadata to protect the service. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
4.3 Legal obligations
Retain or disclose data when required by applicable law. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR.
5. How we process data
Processing is performed with electronic tools on Cloudflare’s edge network, with access limited to what is needed for the purposes above. We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures against loss, misuse, unauthorised access, alteration, and destruction.
6. Retention
- Operational click / visit logs: typically up to 90 days, longer only if needed for chargeback, fraud, or dispute handling.
- Edge/security logs: according to Cloudflare’s platform defaults and our security needs, generally not longer than 12 months for ordinary technical logs.
- Cookie-notice preference in
localStorage: until you clear site data (or up to 12 months if we re-prompt).
7. Recipients and processors
- Cloudflare, Inc. / Cloudflare entities: hosting and edge delivery of this Worker.
- Tracker (when configured): visit/click ingest for attribution (for example Keitaro on our infrastructure).
- Affiliate / offer partners: when you continue to a partner offer, click identifiers and destination parameters are sent so the partner can measure the referral. Partners process data under their own notices once you leave this site.
- Traffic sources (DSPs): may receive aggregated or click-level feedback via their own systems; inbound parameters they already assigned may be preserved on redirect.
We do not sell personal data. We do not embed social advertising pixels (including Meta) on this page.
8. International transfers
Cloudflare and some partners may process data outside the EEA. Where required, transfers rely on adequacy decisions, Standard Contractual Clauses, or other GDPR-approved mechanisms.
9. Your rights
Under Arts. 15–22 GDPR you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability (where applicable), and objection, and withdraw consent where processing is consent-based. Email privacy@sp1ndex.com. You may lodge a complaint with the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it).

This page is not directed at children under 16.
